Our Code of Ethics is founded on two essential pillars: our guests and our team. This commitment applies across all our properties and extends to everyone connected to the company, from executive management to employees, external suppliers, collaborators, guests, interns and any other involved party.

In addition to the human component, we apply these values in key areas such as information security, privacy and confidentiality policies, and respect for the environment, among others.
Through our website, we proudly share the principles that define us, with the aim of informing and raising awareness among all stakeholders.
We are firmly convinced that acting in accordance with these values is essential for progress; therefore, we apply them in our daily operations and remain open to new ideas that help us continuously improve our activity.

Our values are centred on people, and we demonstrate this every day through trust and respect. We firmly believe that people are our greatest asset, which is why we promote a safe and stable working environment where harassment, discrimination and any form of hostility are strictly prohibited.

We foster respect on an equal basis, without distinction of ideology, religion, beliefs, gender, age, family situation, sexual orientation or identity, illness or disability.
We apply this same principle in our recruitment processes, as well as in internal promotions, training opportunities and role changes.

We market our services through clear, useful and truthful information, and all our advertising is communicated honestly, providing interested parties with all the necessary channels to contact us or submit suggestions or complaints.

Commitment to legal compliance

We are committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of our guests’ and collaborators’ data; therefore, gifts or any other form of conflict of interest are not accepted. We assume responsibility for not copying, reproducing or falsifying credit cards, vouchers or travellers’ cheques. Our group reserves the right to cancel any reservation in the event of suspected fraud or when it contravenes our ethical and legal values.

Commitment to quality and the environment

We maintain a strong commitment to the environment and actively work to minimise the impact of our operations on the natural surroundings. To this end, we implement energy-efficiency measures such as the use of LED lighting, dual-flush toilet systems to optimise water consumption, and the reduction of detergent use, among other sustainable actions.

A clear example of this commitment is Talaia Plaza EcoResort, one of our properties, which has been awarded the prestigious Beyond Green certification.

Commitment to society

In addition to our commitment to the environment and to our guests, we also take responsibility for supporting Spanish and Andorran society by prioritising local recruitment, professional development and the promotion of national talent. All of this is done while respecting and promoting the value of local traditions and culture.
