He was defined by the international press as a top pizza chef, and has won many prestigious awards (Spanish and European champion in pizza acrobatics, winner of the World Gourmet Pizza in New York). He offers you the chance to participate in a unique experience: some unforgettable days with him to discover and perfect the secrets of high cuisine pizzas.

This pack is designed for expert chefs who want to learn the most sophisticated techniques. It is also aimed at amateurs who enjoy eating well and wish to enjoy an unforgettable experience. It is a different, personalized and exclusive option for HOTELS PLAZA clients.

Pack of 2 nights and 2 days of activities

This includes:

  • 2 nights at the HOTEL PLAZA of your choice, bed and breakfast included

Day 1:

  • A day with Fabián Martín: theory on pizzas from prehistory to nowadays. This takes place at the HOTEL PLAZA where you are staying (morning and afternoon).
  • Free time for lunch.
  • Dinner in the restaurant La Cúpula, with tasting of breads, oils, and local produce, organized by Fabián Martín.

Day 2:

  • Lunch at Fabián Martín’s pizzeria/workshop in Llívia, with practical exercises, awarding of attendance certificates and Fabián Martín’s book on pizzas.

Conditions and general information:

  • This activity is available throughout the year, except during July, August, January and February.
  • You may wear comfortable clothes, kitchen clothing is not needed.
  • Transport between the hotel and Llívia (Fabián Martín’s pizzeria/workshop) is not included. However, transport with a chauffeur may be arranged.
